    • Advising and representing a Spanish media group in arbitration proceedings relating to a contract price adjustment dispute regarding the football broadcasting rights of the Spanish Premier League and Copa de S.M. el Rey.

    • Advising a major Spanish construction company against the recognition and enforcement in Spain of several judgments issued in Argentina affecting a subsidiary of the company in Argentina.

    • Acting for an African state on the challenge to a court injunction freezing a first demand guarantee of which the State was beneficiary; related to a dispute arising out of a contract for the construction and upgrading of several airports in the same country.

    • Advising a joint venture formed by a major Spanish company and a US company on arbitration proceedings brought by a sub-contractor in connection to the construction of a medical and research centre in Doha, Qatar.

    • Advising a French real estate fund on an arbitration in relation to a dispute arising from a sale and leaseback agreement.

    • Assisting a Spanish telecoms group over a claim brought by an English telecoms group in a dispute related to the private enforcement of antitrust laws.

    • Acting for a major Spanish engineering company against a German turbine manufacturer in arbitration proceedings regarding a dispute arising from a contract for the construction of a combined cycle power plant in Mexico.
